Do you have Vionic returns? If you need to return new, unworn shoes to Vionic due to the fit, style or just because they’re not your favorites, we’re here to help.


I’ve returned shoes to Vionic because of the fit more than once, and the process is easy. We’ll tell you step-by-step instructions for returning new, unworn shoes to Vionic with their two options.

Vionic gives you two options for returning new, unworn shoes -


1)        You can Return Shoes to Vionic for Free using the Happy Returns Bar

 

2)        You can return Shoes to Vionic for $9.95 with a pre-printed label

 


Returning Vionic Shoes for Free Using the Happy Returns Bar


We’ll start with instructions for returning shoes to Vionic using the Happy Returns Bar. Vionic partners with Happy Returns to make it easy and free for you to return or exchange Vionic shoes within 30 days of purchase.


Happy Returns lets you drop off the shoes to return, in their original box, at over 2,600 drop-off locations nationwide at places like Staples, the UPS Store and Ulta Beauty.


Here are the step-by-step instructions to return new, unworn Vionic shoes using the Happy Returns Bar -  


  1. To start your FREE return, click on this link (https://vionicshoes.happyreturns.com/ ) and choose the “Return Bar” option.

    • Enter your Order # and zip code. 

    • The shoes you purchased will show up and you can click on those that are still eligible for return. Note – Returns must be within 30 days of purchase.

    • Click on the shoe(s) you’d like to return. 

    • Note - For exchanges, choose from the options available, the new size and/or color you would like sent to you.


  2. Next, pick one of the two options Vionic gives you to return or exchange your shoes.


    • Option One - Happy Returns Bar, a box-free, printer-free, and sustainable return or exchange option.

    • Option Two - A Prepaid UPS return label. You need to have a printer to print the return label and packing slip.


  3. Choose Option One, Happy Returns Bar. After you select this option, you will receive a QR code via email for no-contact drop off.


  4. Bring your shoes to the nearest Haply Returns Return Bar in their original shoebox.


  5. At the Happy Returns Return Bar, the representative will scan the QR code you received in your email.


  6. Note- shoes just need to be in their original shoe box. You do not need to pack your shoes in a shipping box or provide a label. 


  7. Your refund/exchange will be initiated immediately but allow 48-72 hours for processing.


  8. Your shoes are then shipped back to Vionic by the Happy Returns representative in reusable packaging.


  9. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and the return must be made within 30 days of purchase. 



Returning Vionic Shoes for $9.95 Using the Pre-Printed Label


  1. Start your return (https://vionicshoes.happyreturns.com/) and choose the Mail option.

    • Enter your Order # and zip code. 

    • The shoes you purchased will show up and you can click on those that are still eligible for return. Note – Returns must be within 30 days of purchase.

    • Click on the shoe(s) you’d like to return. 

    • Note - For exchanges, choose from the options available, the new size and/or color you would like sent to you.


  2. Next, pick one of the two options Vionic gives you to return or exchange your shoes.


    • Option One: Happy Returns Bar, a box-free, printer-free, and sustainable return or exchange option.

    • Option Two: A Prepaid UPS return label. You need to have a printer to print the return label and packing slip.


  3. Choose Option Two - the Prepaid UPS label option to get a pre-paid return label. Note - A fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.


  4. Print the pre-paid shipping label and packing slip. Put the packing slip in the return shipping box and attach the return label to the return shipping box. Note - Make sure to remove any other labels from box.


  5. Within 30 days of purchase, mail your shoes back via UPS (click here to find the closest UPS location -   https://locations.ups.com/us/en/


  6. Allow 48-72 hours for processing.


  7. Note – Only use the Vionic pre-paid return label, this will allow you to track your return. Do not mail shoes back to Vionic with your own label. If you use your own label, Vionic will not refund lost returns.

 

A Few Tips and Notes –

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

  • Vionic is not responsible for returns until they are received in their warehouse.

  • You must use the original Vionic shoe box for all returns. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box.

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.

  • If you purchased your Vionic shoes from an authorized retailer (not directly from Vionic), you need to return your shoes to that retailer. 

 

Returning new, unworn shoes to Vionic due to fit, style or just because they’re not your favorite is easy with Vionic’s two options.
